Errores que no se pueden modificar[modifica]
La traducción convierte a Cataluña y a la Islas Baleares en unos países, cosa que no lo son, son provincias de España. No se debe faltar a la verdad, la Wikipedia ha de ser libre y veraz. Si se comprueba el original en inglés, se ve perfectamente que aparecen las banderas de España, y en la versión en catalán, han desaparecido esas banderas y han sido sustituidas por banderas de países inexistentes, como Cataluña y Las Islas Balerares.
Se ha modificado para que conste correctamente la información que los países, pero, se ve que no gusta la verdad y se vuelve a modificar la información verdadera por otra falsa. --Victormartinmoreno (disc.) 12:51, 2 ago 2014 (CEST)

- La majoria de catalans considerem a Catalunya una nació amb cultura i bandera pròpia, agradant-nos veure-la a la Vikipèdia. Si vol una visió més centralista i tancada ja té la Wikipèdia en espanyol, allà es fartarà de veure banderes espanyoles.

- Catalonia is a nation with its own culture and flag, so most Catalans like to see it on Vikipèdia. If you want a more centralized and closed view, you already have Wikipedia in Spanish, where you can get enough of seeing Spanish flags. It is the same with Scotland or Wales, countries of the United Kingdom that also have their own flags, although U.K. it is a more advanced Sovereign Kingdom than Spain and they don't have these silly confusions. The translation turns Catalonia and the Balearic Islands into something that they are not, they are regions of Spain. If you check the original in English, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_500cc/MotoGP_Motorcycle_World_Champions you can see perfectly that the flags of Spain appear, and in the Catalan version, those flags have disappeared and have been replaced by flags of nonexistent countries, such as Catalonia and the Balearic Islands.
